  • Renfrew, Johnstone & Paisley. Other surrounding areas may be accepted depending on booking type.

  • Up to 5 dogs for 1 Hour Group Walk sessions.
    This allows for individual attention and supervision for each dog.

  • Business hours are 8am - 5pm
    Each day can be variable but we try our best to schedule in all clients.
    We cannot guarantee a set time slot but will ensure our best to be as flexible as we can.

    Dogs will be picked up and dropped off at home with secure and safe car transportation.

  • Yes, dogs are ensured to be securely transported as safety of each dog is a top priority.
    Depending on the service chosen, dogs will be picked up & dropped off at the owners home.

  • We understand life happens and services need to be cancelled however we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a non-refund.

    Wiggle Waggles reserves the right to cancel any bookings for emergencies and/or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, clients can receive a full refund or reschedule of service.

  • With plenty of parks and trails locally your dog will receive immense enrichment from new environments & their favourite spots. We have a list of many beautiful dog walks for your furry friend to explore.

    Dogs are securely transported by car and will not be in transit for any longer than 20 minutes.

  • All! It is Scotland after all so it is rather unpredictable. Rain, Hail, Snow or Shine your furry friend will get their walk. The car is prepared for all weather conditions.

    Walks will be cancelled/suspended only in dangerous weather conditions.

  • We try our best to be flexible to all our clients however, our daily timings and schedule can vary day to day.
    If you prefer a specific time slot please state to us and we will try our best to accommodate. Please note there is no guarantee of fulfilling this request.

  • Yes but only after a Meet & Greet session is conducted at the owners home.

    This service includes a morning and evening walk, with meals and meds administered if required, along with an overnight stay at the clients home. Many people prefer this service compared to kennels as it is more cost effective with beneficial care for the dog at their own home/environment.

    Please note, Wiggle Waggles will maintain the regular dog walks with other clientele. When possible, pop in visits will be conducted throughout the day to ensure your dog isn’t left alone for an extended period of time.

  • House Visits or Drop Ins are 30 minutes to 1 hour of spending time with your dog in your home. This often includes toilet breaks outside, meals and meds administered if required, playtime, cuddles if they like and some company for them throughout the day.

    It’s a service suited to those concerned their dog is at home by themselves too long whilst the owners are at work

  • Quality kibble treats can be provided on walking sessions. Treats will not be excessively given. This can be beneficial as some dogs more food responsive (we’re looking at the Labs here..)

    However, if your dog has a strict diet or allergies please notify us so we can note on their Pet Profile for no treats.

  • Saturdays can be available with subject to availability. Wiggle Waggles is closed on Sundays.

The Basics

  • Yes we are fully insured with Public Liability insurance via Protectivity

  • We will contact you as the owner to notify you of the incident. If the situation requires urgent veterinary care we will try our best to go to your selected vets or the nearest vet clinic possible at the time.

    All vet costs (including emergency care) will be at the cost of the owner.

    Wiggle Waggles is not responsible for any emergencies/accidents/illness that may occur.

  • Yes, a copy of the Disclosure Scotland check can be provided by contacting us

  • Yes all dogs must have received all their up to date vaccinations before joining. Owners must give documentation to demonstrate this.

  • Not at all! We provide a flexible approach and try to schedule in all our clients when we can.

    You can chose daily, weekly, monthly service frequency.

  • No we do not accept bitches/female dogs in season for health & safety reasons

  • Unspayed dogs can be accepted however this is on an individual assessment basis in order to ensure harmony and safety in Group Walks. If there is disruption/wellbeing concerns they will no longer be allowed to partake.

  • Yes, the Control of Dogs Order 1992 requires that most dogs wear a collar and a tag or disc showing the name and address of the owner.

  • Provided a demonstration and clear instructions set by the owner, medications can be administered.

  • All dogs are assessed at the initial Meet & Greet. If your dog has a more nervous/reactive temperament then it is advised to look into Solo Walks. Wiggle Waggles does not provide this service. If the dog is reactive and/or aggressive Wiggle Waggles reserves the right to cease the service.

  • Of course! Your puppy will have to have all of their vaccinations (usually completed when they are at 12 weeks) then the they are old enough to be included in a Group Walk setting.

    All dogs must be able to be handled on a leash & respond to recall. This will be checked during the trial period.

  • Wiggle Waggles uses an outsourced app called My Pet Walker.

    As Wiggle Waggles, we do not misuse, transfer or sell your personal data. All information is securely stored and password protected.

  • Bookings can be made 90 days in advance. Subject to availability. Please check the availability calendar on the My Pet Walker app.

  • Paying upfront secures your booking and service slot for your dog. Wiggle Waggles does not have access or store client card details.

    For My Pet Walker: Your data is stored on a database in a secure facility. Your data is behind a firewall and is protected from DDoS attacks.

    The app ensures confirmation of your booking upon payment. Wiggle Waggles does not receive these funds until the service is completed.
