Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms and conditions under which customers ("You" or "Customer") engage with Wiggle Waggles Dog Walking/Care Company ("Wiggle Waggles" or "Company") for dog walking and care services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Services Provided:
Wiggle Waggles offers professional dog walking and care services. These services may include but are not limited to dog walking, feeding, administering medication (if provided by the owner), pet sitting in clients household, and basic grooming. The specific services will be detailed in the Service Agreement.
2. Booking and Payment:
2.1 Booking: Customers can book services by contacting Wiggle Waggles via phone, email, social media direct messaging or our online booking platform - My Pet Walker (app). Bookings are subject to availability.
2.2 Payment: Payment for services is due in accordance with the rates and schedule outlined in the Service Agreement. Payment can be made through accepted payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash or electronic funds transfer.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
3.1 Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to an alternative date and/or time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee resulting in a non-refund of the full service amount. Exceptional circumstances will be considered under discretion from Wiggle Waggles. Wiggle Waggles reserves the right to cancel any bookings for emergencies and/or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, clients can receive a full refund or reschedule of service.
3.2 Rescheduling: Rescheduling of services may be allowed based on availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute rescheduling may incur an additional fee resulting in a non-refund.
4. Pet Health and Behaviour:
4.1 Health Requirements: Customers must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations, flea and tick prevention, and any necessary medical information for their pets.
4.2 Behaviour: Customers must disclose any aggressive or unusual behaviours displayed by their pets. Wiggle Waggles reserves the right to refuse service if a pet poses a safety risk.
5. Liability and Insurance:
Wiggle Waggles will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet. However, Wiggle Waggles is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or damages that may occur during the provision of services. For any emergency care needed whilst the service is ongoing, Wiggle Waggles reserves the right to transport the dog in question to either their registered vet and/or the nearest vet clinic available at the time. Wiggle Waggles will not be held liable or responsible to make any veterinary payments as a result of this. The owner will be held liable to make for payment at the selected vet clinic for all costs incurred.
6. Pet Ownership:
Customers affirm that they are the legal owner or caretaker of the pet and have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
7. Confidentiality:
All personal and pet-related information provided by the Customer will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
8. Termination:
Wiggle Waggles reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to reasons including but not limited to unsafe pet behaviour, non-compliance with this Agreement, or other valid concerns.
9. Amendments:
Wiggle Waggles reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes and are responsible for reviewing the updated terms.
10. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Glasgow and/or Renfrewshire, and any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Glasgow and/or Renfrewshire.
